Application
- All FTZ applications and requests must be submitted through the appropriate Zone Grantee (i.e., Georgia Foreign Trade Zone)
- Applications are submitted for review and approval to the U.S. FTZ Board, comprised of the Department of Commerce and Department of Treasury.
- Applicants must demonstrate a need for FTZ services and clearly state the benefit to the local economy.
