Pratt & Whitney awarded $2.7B contract to support U.S. Air Force

The U.S. Air Force has awarded Pratt & Whitney a potential five-year, $2.74 billion contract to help sustain F117 engines. These engines power Boeing C-17 Globemaster III aircraft build for military airlift missions. Contract work will occur through September 2022 in Georgia, California, and Oklahoma.
